You've been given an amazing coach, the one that brought you into this challenge! They are here to support you, guide you, and push you. It's your job to get your head in the game. If you want to see success from this challenge, you've got to work on your mindset every day. We have created a Facebook accountability group, and here you will find motivation, inspiration, and accountability to make sure you are 100% focused at all times. Use this group to chat, learn, grow, and focus.

HERE ARE the INSTRUCTIONS for pictures

  1. Ensure you have good lighting and straight in front angle
  2. Send the all 4 pics right before bed. (Front, Back, Side, Scale)
  3. A two piece bathing suit, under garments or short shorts is best. Wear the same clothes for "before" and "after"
  4. Black colors are NOT recommended because it hides everything, including your progress. We’re going to have progress and we want to see it!
  5. Put the code word ON the paper for the front, side, and scale pics.
  6. Send them to your coach!
